안녕하세요 비드팟입니다. 10/7 배송 오류건 관련하여 물품을 찾는건 어려운것으로 경찰에서 이야기 하며 조사는 계속 진행 중에 있다고 합니다. 문제는 USPS에서 배송완료로 보이는 물품들을 배송 완료가 아닌것으로 다시 돌리는 작업이 불가한것으로 되어 대신 판매자가 USPS쪽에 문의를 하면 해당건 관련하여 배송이 되지 않았다고 하는것으로 안내를 하기로 하였습니다. 그래서 저희가 현재 배송완료로 보이는 것 과 Alert로 보이는 것 2가지로 기본 문구를 만들어 첨부파일로 보내 드리오니 확인 하시고 각 상항에 맞게 문구를 판매자에게 클레임 하시면 되실 것 같습니다.

ALERT ON OCT. 7TH ACTUALLY IT WAS NOT DELIVERED, SO I INQUIRED
DIRECTLY INTO USPS OCT.10TH BUT I FOUND OUT THAT USPS DID NOT SHIP
THE PACKAGE WELL, SO I TRIED TO FIND PACKAGE BUT I COULD’T FIND PACKAGE BUT I
FIND OUT THEY SUPPOSTED TO BE SCANED THE ITEM AFTER ARRIVING AT THE DESTINATION
BUT THEY SCANED THE ITEM AT THE POST OFFICE STATION IN CARSON. SO THEY CANT
EVENT TRACK THE PACKAGE.
I GOT A FINAL CALL SAYING THEY CANT FIND
THE ITEM. THAT’S WHY USPS ASKED ME TO MAKE A CLAIM, SO IM CONTACTING YOU.
